When you as an organization or an individual purchase content, it is done through a subscription. This subscription is valid for a specific period of time.

The duration of a subscription is valid for 24 weeks, unless otherwise noted. Time begins from the day of payment or receipt of purchase order, whichever comes first.

A course (or a research report) is offered as a standalone product subscription. If you subscribe to one of its modules and then decide to enroll in the full course, it will be through separate purchases of its individual modules at the then current pricing. Same for reports and their respective individual chapter purchases.

Due to the digital nature of our products and/or services, we cannot offer refunds. However, we may consider your request at our sole discrection, on a case by case basis. Any decision we make is final. A request should be made within 7 calendar days of payment or receipt of purchase order, whichever comes first, by emailing patterns@clearanalysiscorp.com

The video module course consists of several modules, each with their specific requirements. Upon completion of each module, you will be able to download a PDF certificate of completion (a passing quiz score and completion of a module participant survey are required to obtain the certificate).
